"We were extremely pleased with our purchase from MKM Window. Mitchell came to our house to show us samples and to measure. He arrived on time, which was very important to us. He was also quite pleasant. We had priced the shades somewhere else, and MKM quoted us a lower price. The shades were delivered to us about a week before the promised date. The installation was clean and all the cartons were removed from the house. Hunter Douglas offered a rebate for the roman shades we purchased. After the installation, Mitchell had already filled out the rebate form, supplied a duplicate receipt and a stamped envelope. All we had to do was sign and mail the rebate form. We received our rebate only a few weeks later from Hunter Douglas. It was a pleasure doing business with MKM. We certainly will recommend them to our friends and family. We love our shades."
